For over 20 years, I have been teaching yoga with a deep passion for the transformative power it brings to both body and mind. Ironically, my own journey into yoga began almost by accident — and with a fair amount of resistance. Initially drawn to more intense forms of fitness, I never imagined yoga would become such an essential part of my life.
What started as curiosity quickly turned into a lifelong practice and profession. I discovered that yoga was far more than flexibility; it became a powerful tool for building strength, resilience, balance, and inner focus. Over the years, I have dedicated myself to sharing this experience with others, helping students of all levels develop both physical confidence and mental wellbeing through movement and breath.
